If VB is ahead of the pack he is cool, but when he is at the middle, he doesn’t seem to be “racy” enough given his Merc machinery 🤦

Valtteri Bottas has revealed he had a different spec W12 compared to Lewis Hamilton in Qatar, but couldn’t go in further details.

Great recovery by Max from 7th to 2nd in very few laps, but Lewis & Mercedes were in another league in Qatar. Dominance in Quali and also in race pace. Great momentum for them in Brasil and Qatar… which I hope will continue during next two races 🙄 The 8th Title is still possible! What a season!

Marko will lose his mind if Max doesn't win the Title.
And imagine if the 2022 Car from Mercedes is superior and dominant like the previous 7 or 8 years. Not only will Max crack it but Horner won't know where to turn.

·That is the tragedy of F1. The best racers don’t always become WC. Lewis and Max are in a league of their own but Merc dominance tips it in favour of Lewis.

·Surely there is some happy medium between qualifying engines that exploded after 10 laps and engines that have to last 8 races and can't be improved. Isn't it funny how things get competitive at the end of a period of stability, but of course everything must change so that everyone gets nice and spread out again. Well it's good for safety after all...
If the Merc engine next year means that the two Silver Arrows are lapping everyone then Russell will be under a lot of pressure - from Merc to 'support' Hamilton and from the fans to 'put up a fight'.
