Hasn’t China been dropped? Saw something along those lines last week due to continuing Covid problems?

They’ve got money to burn to host the races, that’s the final piece of the jigsaw.

Amazed Francorchamps managed to stay on the calendar with the limited budget. Very happy but amazed.

Why is it when they make new tracks the first thing they do is make the ground as flat as a snooker table?

I am told that Spa is great for spectators.... if you stand at the top you can see quite a bit. I should imagine the theory that you can see everything on a flat track doesn't hold water. It's too big too watch all the track at once, you will be looking over here when the crash/move happens over there.

Yeah China seems to have decided that infinite lockdowns of people was rather convenient. I hope F1 circus decides to cancel that race, not only temporarily.

Wasn't this revealed weeks back? And rumour is that the Sauner Alfa Romeo boss will take his place?
Yup, I’ve seen news he’s getting axxed. Now it is official. Being a Scuderia Ferrari Team Principal is truly a tough job. The bosses only expect you to win yet somehow the team can’t make their acts right. And now they needed someone to blame and chop the head off.

Former FIA President Jean Todt and now F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali were the last Ferrari Team Principals who won Titles for Scuderia Ferrari.

Arrivabene (now Juventus CEO) and Binotto each had 4 years in their belt as Ferrari Team Principals.

Yeah and obviously the problem aint only just with the top boss. I guess the challenge for Ferrari is the market for italian speaking F1 engineers is not as big as the English speaking one, they have probably vacuumed up all the available italian talent and need to work on fixing things internally rather than hiring talent from outside. Cant imagine many desirable talents in uk would be willing to relocate to italy and learn Italian just to work for Ferrari.

Why do they need to have ONLY Italian engineers and staff in their team? They have a Spaniard & Monegasque drivers! Pride is what’s consuming them from inside. And a bit of arrogance. Kimi is still Ferrari’s Last Champion!
