Last time they did that was 2007 for Kimi & 2008 for Lewis. Remember the TH Formula1 10000 LE? 😲 Kimi was already in Ferrari in 2007, leaving McLaren after the 2006 season. However, Kimi was still an ambassador for TAG Heuer even after jumping to Ferrari and winning his only WDC! That faitful year 2007, McLaren was also disqualified for the Constructor’s Championship because of the “Spygate” McLaren also lost to Ferrari in 2008 but Lewis was WDC so they also released an LE Carrera for LH 😉

Rob told me he doubts they will do one but Im with you, I really really wish they release a watch celebrating Max as world champion. Missed opportunity if they dont, right?
Im hoping for a 41mm cal 16 Carrera with a bright orange biiizel, fume looking orange dial (honouring the orange army smoke) and a nive engraved caseback! Polished case. On a perforated racing leather with polished folding clasp.
Sounds like the perfect piece, ensuring that nobody that has one will ever forget what it represents 😁
I really do hope they do something, I am sure they would, they have been marketing quite a bit this season at the f1... Let's see! Red bull have to win first I guess 😗

Bottas having a brain fart and removing Lewis from the race would start the celebrations the other way, we might have to wait a couple of races before we put the fizz on ice?
