路Its funny, many TAG Heuer fans love to hate on Hublot. Each to their own, enjoy the fact that there is something for everyone I say 馃憤
Plus when you do some research you realize Hublot watches are insanely well made and very luxurious, I can totally see the appeal even though I will never buy one for myself

I agree that some of their designs are a bit tasteless and will, therefore, naturally attract some criticism.

Sorry, I really meant generally.... there is a lot of Hublot hate out there. I think it's because they are a) modern, b) expensive c) not Richard Mille. Plus maybe there is a bit of carry over from the TAG Heuer hate. It's like TAG's more expensive brother.

路I don't get why it's perfectly okay for AP to charge a ridiculous amount of money for a steel watch, but not Hublot. Just because they have 'history', well.... so what. You know what, I think the day will come when all this history and heritage aren't going to count for diddly squat, and I don't just mean in the watch world. Kids today don't care about Ferrari, their Gods are Apple and Tesla. And these companies make transient things that won't be around in 75 years.

路I can see the similarity in the fine quality craftsmanship in both Hublot and the nicely made watches by TAG Heuer. So getting a TAG Heuer is a great bargain 馃憤 I don't have any animosity towards any brands, and treat them all with mutual respect. I just love TAG Heuer. 馃グ Passion & Purpose
