·Hats-off to Alonso for making the race super exciting (which what the F1 fans like) and for being the team player during the race, ensuring Ocon his debut GP win 👍 Alonso knows Hamilton very well, being Hamilton’s first ever team mate in McLaren-Mercedes back in 2007. Given the track and atleast a competitive car, you can see that Alonso can fend off Hamilton. Alpine made it great today, a GP Win & a Great Racing Battle

·Initially, I was not really excited to watch the race given the premise that Hamilton is on pole on a track he won a staggering 8x times! 😲 Might be same-same story I guess. And expecting him to win the least 🙄 But the wet and crash made it a bit too different (not that I want anyone to crash or anything 😉)
Mercedes-AMG is back on track for an 8th Double Consecutive Title! Probably this will be unbeatable in our lifetime 😗

·Watched the highlights? on Sky, had turn the sound off though, are the commentary team invited to the Mercedes Xmas party? LH must be happy, got his first all non white grid. No surprise him making his way through most of the field though, all cars that would have qualified behind him so little contest.
