·The FIA had already confirmed in the pre-season Barcelona tests that the brilliant Mercedes DAS system was legal for 2020, and that they would modify the 2021 regulation so that it could not be used in 2021. I don’t understand why Red Bull's claim came now in Austria. It’s logical that the FIA has rejected it, as this issue was previously clarified
Correct! The FIA already made a decision back then. Maybe Red Bull was filing to the Court of Appeals after being rejected at the Supreme Court 😕
Mercedes is really looking strong! Probably the closest to compete is Racing Point which is a 2019 Mercedes clone? 😗 Or Red Bull? 😲 This should be exciting! 😁

·I had a call from an F1 team yesterday, it doesn't happen that often to deal direct so it was a little bit exciting... but this is how dealing with an F1 team often goes.
"Hi, this is BRAD (let's call him Brad) from Super Duper F1 Racing, we need a very particular part and we understand you can supply it."
"Yes, no problem."
"Right, great.. well we need it as soon as possible, how soon can you get it?"
"How about 9am tomorrow morning?"
"How about 9am this morning?"
"Hmm, even I can't get it here three hours ago."
"Okay well 9am, how about 6am?"
"We won't be open at 6am and even if we were the carriers would charge £200 for that and besides the part is currently in another country so 9am is about as good as it's going to get... but if you want it tomorrow you need to order it in the next hour, because their cut-off is 3:30 okay?"
"Right, will do."

And then you hear nothing... and because you are trying to be helpful you contact them and say 'times running out of you want that extremely urgent part for tomorrow'.
And they say 'Thanks but we don't need it now, we completely redesigned the car instead'.

·Not just the car, Ferrari also needs to upgrade their engine. All the Ferrari engine powered teams did poorly compared to last year. Alfa Romeo in particular, poor Kimi. 🙁
