I'm hardly an Omega expert but I do think the Omega you show looks very close to the watch he's wearing.
I can't be absolutely sure but I agree it looks pretty close.
I flipped the 1992 Senna Portugal GP photo 180, so the watch faces right side up and placed the Omega Moonphase ref 175.0034 next to it.

The details do seem to match up. In addition to the overall appearance, lyre lugs and moonphase, there are other features that seemingly line up.
o The roman numeral markers at 8 and 4 are blocky
o The 9 o'clock register looks visually quite similar
o The strap on Senna's watch looks very similar to the Omega original advert shown below (albeit it's the solid gold version).

Also, the Omega Moonphase 175.0034 started production around circa 1990/91, so it's period correct. Still can't be 100% sure, but it's close enough for me to stop digging. In any case, I don't believe it's a TAG Heuer.

In addition, there was another photo that I posted back in Jan 2023 of a watch I couldn't ID (below).

But I have since found other photos that confirm Senna was wearing his prototype 6000 Senna Edition.

The red S being the giveaway. ::rimshot::

Looks like a very well casted set of actors. Although Prost does look more than a little concerned about what's to come. Let's hope for the best presentation of the "rivalry".

Yup.
What the 2010 Senna movie didn't cover much was how the pair seemingly reconciled after Prost's retirement. With Senna even calling Prost a dear friend in his surprise radio message during that tragic weekend at Imola. I feel it was more Senna who wanted bygones to be bygones, his radio message is another example of that.

It looks to be the most expensive Senna watch yet. At 37K CHF ($43K USD), it better be 18k solid gold. I also assume it will be based on the new Extreme Sport Carrera Skeleton.

Speaking of gold Carreras, the Robb Report article said that Netflix Senna would be wearing a Heuer pre-Carrera ref 409 (circa 1962), in addition to his famous S/EL S25.706C. Apparently, the Heuer 409 was given to Senna by his father.

If this is true, rather than Netflix fiction, it might explain another mystery watch I've been trying to ID. I noticed this watch a while back, Senna with his girlfriend Adriane Galisteu. It might be the gold Heuer 409. But I can't make out any sub-dials, so might not be. 🤔

It actually looks in between to me, but I do see a light gold tone to the case and hands. Since the picture seems to be at night, it might be the flash lighting making it look less gold or the other way around.

But if it is silver, then I don't think it's the Heuer 409, since I believe that reference was only made in gold.

EDIT: Ref. 409's case is 14k gold on the top, but is steel on the sides and back. A hybrid case.

Is maybe TAG Heuer sponsoring this series?

Edited: Yes, I found this fb post 😉

It looks good, and the car action images are very well filmed... possibly computer generated images as it would not be easy to get the authentic cars, but they are very well done 👍🏼

I agree @Albert-AMG. Also, I think the actors who play Prost and Lauda do a pretty good job of mimicking their style of speech.
