I was finally able to register a watch on the MyTAGHeuer site for additional 3 years of warranty today. Anyone else have success?

No. My watch meets the conditions - was purchased from an official TAG dealer in Dec 2020, is a Heuer 02 movement, and it's been registered properly on the website for some time. But the warranty still only shows 2 years (expires Dec 2022).

Same problem as @imagwai. My watch was already previously registered on My TAG Heuer, it was purchased in April 2021 so it meets the conditions. But I can't see an option there to extend the warranty. Did you just register your watch for the first time?

I contacted TAG support today. They advised to delete the watch from my account and re-add it. I did that - got a message that I was eligible for the 3 years added warranty. But then the watch didn't appear in my account! I was then advised to wait 24 hours. So I guess I'll find out tomorrow if I need to contact them again or not!

So I just tried adding it again without deleting it. Got the +3 year message, but still showing 2 years. Will wait till tomorrow as well. If it doesn't work, I'll try deleting it and re-register again.

Mine is sorted now, but I had to email TAG customer service again today and get them to sort it manually for me. They tried to say it was a problem with my account, but clearly not if you're having exactly the same issue. Anyway, it now shows my warranty expiring in 2026! 😀

Mine did not get updated properly on My TAG Heuer either. Still showing just 2 years a day after re-registering. Sent an email asking TH to correct the issue, we'll see what happens... 😗

Where do you find these?

The first one I bought, the Pure Link (R09MJE00), was offered to me by a seller on C11 after I posted a WTB in the trade forum.

The other two I picked up randomly on eBay. I've seen one other Gulf bracelet and one Pure Link on there.

I was bidding on the other Pure Link, but another bidder apparently contacted the seller and negotiated a buy-it-now price. My current bid was just shy of £100 (automatic bidding, max bid was a lot higher), and it went for £125. Very disappointing, since the seller had previously stated they were going to let the auction run its course. Sucks for the seller, as they got less than half of what it could have sold for.

Frederic is a lucky guy, how many 12 year olds get an Aquaracer as their first watch? When my son was 14 he wanted a watch, I bought him a Casio. Now he's an adult and doesn't even wear watches. 🙄

Got my nephew a 2000 series for a birthday/celebration for passing his PADI test. He loves it (getting it resealed at the moment, since it had a little leak and the dial got a bit mussed up after the hands dragged a drop of water around. Cleaned the dial and relumed the hands myself, but don't have the tools to pressure test).

When I did the warranty update l just added the same watches into my collection. It didn’t show two of the same watches after doing so, in the end it just updated the warranty of the watches in my account and sent me an email confirmation.

Sharing a glimpse of DRIVE TIME : Deluxe Edition 👍

Came with a hard book case with a chronograph having a tire rubber design strap similar to my TAG Heuer strap. Noticed also that the Afterword of the Deluxe Edition was penned by Patrick Dempsey in contrast to the Expanded Edition written by JC Biver (Both are tied to TAG Heuer) 😀

Surprised to see the Heuer Carrera Silver 160th Anniversary Edition featured in the Deluxe one which replaced another favorite of mine the TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre 1887 Black/Rose Gold 😉

How are these “XYZ-Time” books generally speaking? I’ve read good reviews, but since with watch books the bar can be quite low, that’s not really helpful…

And they changed the contents between Deluxe and Standard edition? 😕

They are good although, as you say, the bar is low. They are certainly much, much better than the Wristwatch Annual but probably aren't up there with the in depth brand books or even the books dedicated to single watch, such as the Rizzoli published Reverso book.

A couple of new additions to my Heuer Shrine.
This Tag Heuer Branded Trivial Pursuit will take pride of place as one of the weirdest pieces in the collection.
I’d love to meet the guy who thought…”What we need is a Tag Heuer branded board game”

I think they started with the basic Fine Watchmaking edition and there were like 3-4 variations on it (Hodinkee have a white box/board version).

I bet this is what you'll be expected to play, when you go to Rob's/@Aquagraph's house!

I quite like the single-Link width wrapped bracelet (though I'd probably want to shorten it to a single wrap).
