All in all I am happy with today, p2 starting from the back is ok, now we have a fresh engine to enjoy! Bonus to see Stroll being all stroll 👍#alwayscrackunderpressure

I’m sorry for Lando. We will never know if Lewis could have overtaken him without the rain at the end. Lando played it to "victory or nothing"... and from at least being second, he went to seventh. But I loved the hug between them 👍
Looked like it was going to be LH 2nd and MV 7th, so 1st and 2nd was a great result for both.
And it’s being an exciting championship! 👍 Lewis is now leading by just 2 points, but Max took his penalties (from Monza and from the engine change) losing very few points… sooner or later Lewis will need to change the engine, so Max has some advantage here.
Mercedes is leading by 33 points (15 more points than before Sochi, as Bottas was luckiest than Checo with the tyre lottery):

·Max was expecting LH to win at P4 from the start of the grid but I doubted if he expected himself a P2 podium from the back! 😲 I’d give Max Driver of the Day 👍
LH’s 100 win is inevitable. Only a matter of time this season. Hats off to LH since it’s probably the hardest record to beat.. ever.

·Although I feel sorry for Lando, it’s just like part of growing up. You just take it and move on. We all had our ups and downs. It wasn’t for him to win in the end. Nobody can predict the weather. So it wasn’t meant to be his. He just comes out of this, a better man, a better driver, a better racer and huge lessons learned so inevitably he also wins in life.
