Easy win for Max today, as expected. Let’s see what happens in Silverstone, that should be a good track for Mercedes… if Max wins again there, and Mercedes is already focused on the 2022 car, then the 2021 season is over

I felt the race officials were a bit too strict with some of the penalties, you gotta let the guys race. But at least they were consistent when Perez did the same thing later, that Lando did to him after the safety car restart. I think the momentum just carries the car on the inside wide on that corner, so the penalty on Lando (& later Perez) was pretty harsh and very questionable IMO.

·I can understand that Red Bull could improve their car, but why are Merc struggling so much all of a sudden, after seven years of crushing it. It seems kinda odd to me. I could understand if it happened next year with the rule changes, but to see them fighting McLaren all of a sudden, what the hell is going on? Have the FIA found something on the car and told them to take it off, but kept it quiet like they did with Ferrari?
