·True, I dunno... it's a grey area. I suppose it could be argued that it wasn't a one off so it was more of a proper release, but to me it's definitely more Bamford than TAG, whereas the carbon Monaco and the Aquaracer were collabs between Bamford and TAG.
In some ways it's not that different from the Rake & Revolution's Blue Dreamer or the C11 x Autavia, except Bamford has the capability to make these himself. But he couldn't do it without TAG Heuer's blessing. So a grey area as you say.
Regardless, the RUF collab was for me one of the interesting TAG Heuer Carreras of 2022.
