I don’t think dissing watches will get me a lot of extra following on the forum 😉
I didn’t walk into an AD, as per analogy, and called the 50th Monacos crap. Nor did I tell anyone who bought and showed it on the forum. I think it’s fantastic so many forum buddies love them and I genuinely relate to anyone’s love for them. They’re not for me and I gave my impressions of them when they were released. Now Rob called me out again 😁

I own a red thing, and every time I look at it I cream my crackers.
Perhaps it needs to be seen in person to appreciate the full majesty, buxom sub dials and all.

·^ I want to know who said they were all awful?! I mean, that’s a bold statement... like me walking into a BMW dealer and pronouncing all M3s are bags of crap.....
I stand by my ‘they are all horrible apart from the wallpaper one which is worse’.
M3s are harder to rank, I’d probably say e30, e46, e36, e92 and then whatever that gopping new thing is

·I think the rankings will change quite a bit by the end of the year. My enthusiasm for some watches has been waning, while others have been growing on me.
Absolutely. It's funny how the hype machine is working this year, it's almost like 'create a buzz' make it limited, create 'fomo', release and sell them before the buzz dies off and people have a chance to think!
