Tomorrow we'll be finding out what the COCO council thinks of.... the 50th Anniversary Monacos - two years on, and then on Tuesday will be the Titan Monaco.

I just provided you my COCO score on the Titan Monaco. I like having more time to let these watches sink in before scoring.

I hear you, the chairman is always very quick to demand our scores. I've been scared to get kicked out of the counsil so I did not dare to speak my mind about it.

The problem is, I try to get my first impressions post up as soon as possible while the initial interest is still there. I guess I could wait longer...

No that makes sense. For example, how long has passed since the release of the teal Carrera, feels like that one is already old news

Aquagraph usually sends his request within hours of a watch's release. Which is fine. But I'd like to have at least two days before replying with my score. The green/teal Carrera is a perfect example; my score would've been higher if I had seen some of the pics that owners posted, which were way better than the official TAG Heuer images.

Okay so here's the thing. While we usually know what day the watches are coming out, I alternate between a video and a picture and a proper post each day. So say a watch is coming out tomorrow but tomorrow it's a pic/vid day then I would ideally like to get it up the next day, but if it's a post day then I would like to get it done for the day after tomorrow. However, it's not a big deal to do it the day after that, I just don't want it to be longer than three days ideally. Plus you will get the chance to adjust your scores at the end of the year.

I do agree though that we should wait until we see actual photos rather than scoring off THs crappy renders. The TItan looks a lot better in pics than the render, in fact the only watch I can think of that looked better in renders was those tortoiseshell bezel Aquaracers. Isn't it odd that we've only just seen photos of those, they came out last year. Also I can't help thinking the never released WAY101K tortoiseshell bezel looked a whole lot better!

Yes, that's why three days for me is the maximum. The orange F1 feels like ancient history at this point!
