Today is the 30th Anniversary of that incredible first lap in Donington Park Nice article: https://www.formula1.com/en/latest/...e-gods-remembered.2cYFK0Zr1J9z8fypFxnZRi.html
The Monaco GP weekend is just about upon us. Time to reflect on perhaps the greatest Monaco win of them all. Senna v Mansell '92.
I watched a video today about the upcoming weekend, apparently the last time there was an overtake for the lead at Monaco was 1996.
Thanks to TAG Heuer posting about Max matching Senna's 41 wins, I caught Senna wearing another watch I hadn't seen him wearing before. Pictured here in his 1990 championship winning McLaren MP4/5B, he's wearing a series 2000 chronograph - black dial, gold subdials on a two tone bracelet.
Max equalling Ayrton’s 41 WINS! And TAG Heuer is the common denominator! I just wished Max had more love for TAG Heuer and passionate about the brand just like Ayrton. (And not just another sponsor he need to wear.)
