I have also this picture but it seems more a 2000 series

I think that might be a watch that he wore during the latter part of the '87 season with Lotus. He looks younger and his hair style is more like his Lotus years than McLaren. If so, it's not a 2000 or even a TAG Heuer.

I've been trying to make a positive ID on this watch for a while but haven't yet. I think it's possibly the same watch as in your pic.

maybe a fourth Seiko, but the dial color seems white on your pics and black on mine ...like this other pic I post previously

It only looks white because of the bright sunlight. I've seen other photos of it, the dial is dark, maybe a dark gray. Like the photo you just shared. I suspect it might be a Seiko too, but there are so many possibilities. Definitely not a TAG though.

Ok, I agree. I will investigate about the model.

I think this is a possibility.... Longines Conquest Titane Automatique, but the problem is to know, the version ... first picture moonphase and automatic chronograph, second picture quartz and functions like the future Tag Heuer sel ...

for me, the correct is the first one the automatique, looking at the place for the Longines Logo, not on the top but at the right side of the dial and the inside bezel looks gold and thick

I agree. The subdials and date are in the right position on the automatic compared to your latest photo. It also looks like the chrono hand is red in the picture you shared.

The Longines does seem like a close match. Without a clearer picture of the dial on Senna's wrist, I'd say something like 65-70% certainty. If it is the Longines Conquest Titanium Moonphase automatic, I believe that's also the same watch he's wearing in the picture with his arm around the lady's back (3rd from top).
Hi from Belgium, I m a great fan of Ayrton I meet in person at a incentive dinner in Spa 1993 BelgiumGP. I have some (12 watches of Ayrton but there are at my bank, I will take them back home for pictures later. Im looking for info about some watches I can't identified....

So with the first picture being the Casio DBT-70W and the others likely being that Longines, that leaves only your second picture. The one with Xuxa from her 1988 Christmas Holiday special. The watch that sort of looks like a Monaco but isn't.

Here's another picture.

Also, a video of the program.
I have no idea which watch it is at the moment. But I don't think it's a TAG Heuer. The show was from 1988 and there were no TAGs from the mid 80's to 1995 that look like that.

8 times pole position. He now has to wear the S/el tomorrow to honor Senna.

Max was wearing his blue Monaco skeleton after his win, as usual.

Here's my tribute pic to #Senna30 at Imola, featuring my 2 Senna watches.

Sorry bromigo, will keep that in mind. I thought all you folks in Europe watched these F1 races live.

I think I found another picture of this same mystery watch.

The case shape is fairly unique. I started looking at vintage Seikos for a similar case, since Senna seemed to like that brand and Seiko was super popular in that era. Found two models that could be candidates based on their case.

The first is the Seiko 6106-5569. Seems to have been offered in a gold-plated case and steel, with different dial colors.

The second possibility is the Seiko 6309-5000, which also came in different dial colors.

In watching the Xuxa TV program youtube video, it seems like the dial might be blue (or perhaps green) at certain angles. While the case sometimes looks gold in the video, it could also be reflecting the color from Xuxa's dress or the lighting. Because at times it also looks like steel.

But this is all very inconclusive. We need a much clearer shot of the watch to make further progress into what brand or model it might be.

Yes maybe one of those two Seikos... A clear picture is needed but probably impossible to find...

another picture of Ayrton with the "square" mystery watch ? During his karting years ? Maybe the same ?
