HI, is anybody else having an issue where Tag's own watchfaces get stuck on a particular colour? For example the 3 hand will not change from the blue colour, the chronograph is stuck as white, and the GMT is stuck as blue.
Android Wear 2.0 was announced today at Google I/O, which will be released this fall. No word yet on whether the current TH Connected will receive this update. Android Wear 2.0 will support 'Standalone apps' which is important news for iPhone users. Hello, New to the forums and just got the Connected over the weekend. So far i like it. Question around the themed face weather underground. Does anyone know where the watch is pulling the info from? It doesnt match my location. Btw - I'm a watch collector. Mostly Rolex and Omega. My first Tag and smartwatch. Thanks!
Welcome! Not wearing my Connected today, so I cannot investigate on mine. Make sure you check the Settings on the Watch and the Phone App.
Thanks for your reply Hubert. Can you tell me what settings on the watch and phone? I have an iphone so i dont see a setting on the app. Thanks!
Really having trouble updating my connected; repeatedly states "something went wrong"; I have the device synced with my iPhone and plugged in. Note sure what to do. My Wifi works fine as well. Any way to download the update and install on phone?
Yes, the iOS update for the Connected Watch. Repeatedly get the "something went wrong" message, it will start downloading the update for a few minutes and then message eventually comes. I have the watch synced to my phone during the download as well.
Will the factory reset default to downloading the newest operating system? Haven't done factory reset but will try. Thank you for the help, much appreciated.
Factory default reset did not fix the problem unfortunately; anyone know a relatively easy way to get some tech support? It seems like their is not much available.
I originally thought that you kept your case but I'm sure I read that you don't. Also those watches are different sizes (unless it's an illusion?), and the watch has a different bezel.
