·Ha, I've had that one on my watchlist for ages. I check out his stock from time to time as I'd like a pocket watch of some sort and he is based fairly near me so I would be able to go and collect.
I've seen it for a while too.. When it last went to Auction and didn't sell I decided to send him an offer.
I ended up getting it for $350..
It was over $600

·I would say it would be as he lists other items as 'For Repair' which distinguishes them from listings that are, presumably, fully functional.
I had my doubts about this from the start. Got it yesterday and it's not working.
Messaged him and reply was he made a mistake in the listing description. Should have been not working.
Refund coming. The search continues. I'm sure if you wanted this one Mr. Orange he would let it go for alot less than $350 if you wanted to get it repaired.
