I too have the TicWatch and have owned the Galaxy 4 on the new OS while using a Samsung phone.
TicWatch is great due to dual layer screen
Adding that extra battery life.

Yes, the Ticwatch is a powerful device, even with the 4100 and not the 4100+.

I also have the Galaxy 4 40mm, for sleep tracking: I find that it outperforms the Fitbit Sense (for some the best in sleep monitoring, besides Polar) and both the Garmin vivomove and vivoactive series -- which I also have.

The thing about the Galaxy 4 is 1) its WearOS 3 is skinned with Samsung's Tizen interface, and 2) it has its own in-house developed Exynos W920 processor. There's really nothing out there to compare it with, since we don't know the impinging of both factors in its performance and on how the stock WearOS 3 will look like (Leaked images seem to suggest that it looks sleeker sans Tizen skin -- there is still Tizen code in WearOS 3' core though).

If TH ADs are undergoing training for a new device now, March makes sense. We'll see...
