·The overall appearance is 1950s to mid-60s, but I do not think Heuer were using anything but round cases with external lugs until 1969. The Heuer shield looks very crowded, and the minute and hour hands are not matched in shape. The sub-dial hands are not matched but as far as I can see Heuer only used matched plain baton hands for all sub-dials. The railroad track minutes/seconds is unusual too, Heuers generally seem to have a single line with ticks sticking out.

I thought it didn't look right and like nothing I'd seen before. Could be a Franken?
