This 1938-1940 ish Heuer based on the serial number, case/font, and the lack of branding on the movement.
I think this is a re-dial or a non-catalog item. What's confusing is that everything seems right enough, you just don't see it in the years OnTheDash has for catalogs, nor to you see any like it out there. The dial seems to have the right patina, fonts / logo details are correct, movement has the right details relative to the serial number, etc. The only thing I saw was the way the paint bleeds a bit on the dial when you look under a microscope.... but I haven't seen any other similar dials under a scope.
Note: the phone camera distorted the shape...everything is round.

This one looks OK to me, but we can be much more certain if you will post photos showing the outside of the caseback, inside the caseback and the movement. Or send them to me by email -- onthedash@bellsouth.net.

Thanks for the warm fuzzy! The Imgur has most of those pics. The case back & case are standard generic swiss cases of the time. The case is press-fit stainless with a machined interior, flat spot, etc. The serial number stamp & "Acier Inoxyable" is in the right font with reference to similar less branded watches of similar serial numbers.

Recently I got a Heuer reference 1059/33 (caseback) on an auction. Any idea if is a fake or original heuer and the reference?
