Well that didn鈥檛 take long :/

So far the Purple Monaco is the only H02 out of the 6 I鈥檝e owned that hasn鈥檛 developed a problem.
I鈥檝e tried it a couple times and it鈥檚 not resetting properly. The minute hand issue I have on the 160 and the Dato usually resolves by running it again for ~10s and then resetting.
What are you planning on doing?

Lets pray TAG discontinues the H02 and replace it with a proper third party movement

Sorry to hear that dude. A vintage watch you can at least send off for a quick fix.

Guess it's gotta go in for servicing. Who knows how long that'll take - and in my experience, whether it ever comes back at all...

That鈥檚 very disappointing for a new watch. Sorry for you, but hopefully it will come back all good

Fingers crossed it all goes well for you.

I've not had any problems with my two H02s (knocks on wood). But my Boutique told me if I ever have any issues to send it back through them rather than sending to TH Service directly.

I am in the US and had to send in my 160th and 85th for repairs. They each took 8 weeks to get fixed. Went pretty smoothly. It is unfortunate that they still appear to have issues with this movement. This seems to be the Achilles heel for the brand. Between the Cal5 and H02 there appears to be a lot of issues and they power so many watches in the lineup.

If I was a normal person with only one watch I would be pretty upset to be without my watch for that long. The prices are moving up, the movements need updating.

I had to send my heritage Autavia in for service of the H02. Hopefully, that will be the only one.

You've got how many with the H02 now? Seven or more?

As always, spot on @Mspeedster. Currently at seven with the recent additions of Carrera Sport and panda 60th.
You've had better luck than @abrod520. Hope yours do stay healthy.

From what I've seen on this forum, the heritage Autavias seem the most prone to having issues. Which makes sense as those were the first to employ the H02. But one would hope that TAG has improved the reliability by now. So it's disheartening to hear about problems.

Was your Autavia's issue similar to @abrod520's? (Chrono hand not resetting right or minute counter not resetting right)

@thingziliketoo - what were your issues?

With regard to my Autavia, it started running fast but was not magnetized. The boutique checked that before sending it for service.

I have noticed some of my H02s (as well as other calibres) not resetting directly to 12:00. Sometimes they are very slightly off.

Last year, I noticed a weird issue with my Formula 1 Calibre 16s. On both, sometimes the hour subdial would not reset if it was around the 7 hours mark. My solution has been to restart it, let it run a couple more hours, and then stop/reset. Thankfully, that has worked.

I've been meaning to check/test my Calibre 16 Carreras to see if that same issue occurs. I've only noticed it on the Formula 1s, but that could be just a coincidence.

I'm really sorry to hear Adam.

I'm sure your plan is to send it directly to the TH service center and avoid third parties (cough Tourneau). Or possibly worth delivering in person, since you are in the East Coast?

When my Dato had to get its dial replaced, I sent it back to the boutique and they took care of it. Wonder if that is a good option for you?

BTW, how often do you run the Chrono? Is it always running?

I understand the US Service center is in New Jersey, so could be worth the drive from NYC if Adam really wants to make sure it's not lost (or stolen) in transit. Otherwise, I'd go the Boutique route as well if it were me.

So I ran it all morning today and it just reset properly. Guess it's perhaps intermittent - but it's IMO unwearable with the chrono offset. Maybe I'll just not risk running the chrono for a while, cause I'd rather not give it back for 8 weeks during the post-launch halo duration!

I'd probably just drop it back off at the Boutique since that's just a quick subway ride away. At least then if they managed to lose it, I'm sure I'd be treated much more fairly than by Tourneau.

Hah that's interesting, I wonder if they even have an in-person receiving area? My guess is it's not open to the public though.

Glad to hear you got it to reset properly @abrod520! 馃榾

I've run my chrono a few times since getting my panda, but now I'm kinda scared to play with it.

I've run the chrono on my Dato a lot, sometimes left it running for days without issue. (Knocks on wood again.)

I mean when it's running it's just fine, so no worries there
