I got one boys, some fella returned one in DC today. I just picked it up this afternoon but first impressions are 8/10. Unsure how I feel about the dial color, will update once I run it on the wrist a bit.

Hello to my fellow TH enthusiasts. I鈥檓 Kevin from Melbourne. I鈥檓 very happy to secure 250/600. Got it online the morning when it was released. Finally got my perfect heritage Carrera after waiting 7 years for it. Cheers, Kevin.

I was actually thinking about it from the opposite view. Wondering how hard it would be to get a vintage Gay Freres double grain BoR to fit on the 60th. I believe the vintage bracelet would be closer in size to the 19mm lug width. The harder part is finding suitable end links.

I believe the heritage Autavia re-edition has 21mm lugs, so the proportions of its bracelet would seem too wide for the 60th.
It would be hard.....and expensive! Take your point on the width though-you'd need to make sure the lugs weren't grazed by the bracelet. (This can happen with some of the original vintage bracelets-such as the 'brick' bracelet on the Autavia 11630. Looks great but not the most practical option. 馃槵)

Expensive for sure. Hard because they're hard to find and hard to get a proper end link, or is there another reason?

Thanks. Updated with your number in the list above.

Have your feelings changed about the dial color?
Before I purchased mine, I had hoped the color would've been closer to the vintage original. But I'm quite happy with the dial they chose, I think it's very beautiful in its own right.

Depending on the environment and lighting, its color changes personality. From a bright silver to almost white in brighter lighting, to a cream or champagne when in yellow lighting, to a greyish silver in darker lighting.

Today is quite rainy so I opted to wear one of my stainless steel pieces. The Panda is in my watch box at home so I鈥檓 still as I was yesterday. Tomorrow should be sunny and it鈥檚 Friday so I鈥檒l definitely wear it.

As for your questions on my speedy collection it鈥檚 quite vast and my wife actually contributes by purchasing me a new Speedmaster every birthday, it鈥檚 like a tradition. I鈥檓 up to 71 Speedmasters ranging from traditional moonwatch professionals (one hesalite one sapphire) to the infamous Snoopy limited edition to the gaudy full gold (ugly) Apollo anniversary. My favorite speedy is two: the blue side of the moon with aventurine dial and the newly refreshed Speedy 57 with the crimson dial, both pieces are absolutely stunning. I鈥檒l send some pictures over to you in a DM.

I love the band/strap you have on there. Subtle pop to the gold inlays.

Tnx, really wanted a strap on this one although the flatlink bracelet is gorgeous, Aaron Bespoke did a great job.

I hope you enjoy your 60th Anniversary more when you see it under different lighting conditions. I think it's a knockout!
