Wow, I'd be very happy with that. Did you need ti do any conditioning ti get that?

All I did was as has been suggested earlier.
Run the battery down to zero and charge up and run down again.
I have everything on. AOD, Bluetooth, NFC. I'm happy to charge every night but never have to do it. Every second night is good.

So, I'm trying to let the watch zap its battery. Started it yesterday at around 11am, and today at about 3.30 it went into battery saving mode....but its still not totally run out of power. After 3 and a half hours

How long will the battery saver mode last ?

Next time you try and run it down you should start fitness tracking or something similar to really run it down quickly.

Battery saver mode I think will last for quite a while.
Cheers

Battery saver lasted for 4 hours.

Happy with the performance of the watch now, certainly getting more than a day from it (which is all I need).

I "still" don't have a Carrera Connected but probably someday 😁 I'm beginning to think the Carrera Connected of today is like the "Swatch" of yesterday 😉

But “slightly” more expensive! 😁

The digital Heuer Carrera Twin is probably the true ancestor of the three TH Carrera Connected generations 😀

Yup, I hope TAG Heuer doesn’t marked up the price of the Connected too much! 👍

But the package and the technology (colorful quartz) at an amazing pricepoint was the ultimate “game changer” that rocked the Swiss watch industry back then. Something similar with what TAG Heuer has done.. If the Carrera Connected is just priced a notch above the Apple Watch, then it’s really a no brainer to get the TH Connected 😉 You get all the amazing qualities of the Apple Watch in a more sleeker beautiful TAG Heuer design watch 🥰

As requested - pictures of the Titanium gen3. What was good news is that it comes with the titanium buckle. There is NOTHING in the marketing materials (or pictures), so I was a tad worried it would come with the standard black strap/silver buckle combo.
Interested in how you think it looks (classy, cheap, not as good as the steel version, etc.)

I think the black titanium is the best looking version of the Gen3 👍

A new Gen3 titanium -not black- version has been launched. Price is between the steel and the black titanium versions

Very Nice Looking. Would be good if they offered a Titanium bracelet as well.

I should have waited 😀

Nice for them to add all these new watch versions but they should also work on updating the phone app and watch software to fix some of the bugs...................

Anyone see this on their watch? Just noticed today and there is a weird smaller circle that is slightly darker than the outer on the sapphire glass. I cleaned it with glasses cleaner and still there. Zoom in and you can see it.

Can’t see that circle on my watch face, looked at every angle with different light. Hope you can sort it out

Looks to be more of an assembly defect between the OLED and cover glass.
