·LOL. i prefer a charger TBH, my wife got my previous 2020 black ceramic version and SOMETHING tells me she WILL lose the charger.... So, this will actually help LOL
Where did you open the ticket? I wouldn't mind a free charger for sending them an email 😀
btw, my battery life so far is horrid... at 30% now and have only had it on for 7 hours max with just notification use. always on screen. You would think they would have this figured out by now...

in regards to the battery, you need to calibrate the battery:
1. DO NOT charge until it completely die.
2. Charge to 100% without touching it.
3. Once it's at 100% take it off and let the battery completely die.
4. Repeat the process twice.
Battery will be calibrated and last longer.
