I visited a watchfinder shop at the weekend, and love the display cabinets they have in the window. Not sure how practical they would be for a home, and likely custom made. But they look great.

A glass display case with individual mounts for every watch and a nice TAG Heuer background would be ideal (since I only collect TAG), but again, you need space for that sort of thing. I'm trying to remember what the cabinets in Watchfinder are like... which branch was it?

Pretty special isn’t it. Photos are good, but somehow don’t do it justice.

Yes I kinda didn't want to take it off... unlike the carbon Aquaracers which I didn't even want to try on.

I'm still holding for a phantom edition. Hopefully we'll see it at Baselworld.

Coincidentally I saw all 3 Aquaracer “Carbons” early today. The dials look like exactly what they are - fake. Would have been much better to keep the boat deck dials of the original Aquas, add the real carbon bezels and knock £s off the cost. The colour schemes are nice, something for most tastes in that model class. Just way too pricey as are.
On the off chance someone does want one I’ve seen Tag are no longer selling these exclusively - come discounts are now available on other online retailers.

Yes, it's not long now... kinda funny that the GMT (literally nobody is calling it 'Twin Time' despite what the dial says!) has only just got to the stores and it's nearly Bazelword time again.

It seems to differ a lot between countries, it was in stores here like 4-5 months ago... But in general I guess we have to get used to releases being spread out during the year after Basel, makes sense in a way compared to releasing all of it at once

Really? That's surprising, my first encounter was on Saturday...

Yes, that's a long of a spread between introduction and availability and it no longer seems acceptable in our "order it today" world.

Is there a way to see how big Tag is in different markets? Would be interesting to see

I doubt it, TAG don't even publish their own results, LMVH posts results as a group...

I know that Chrono24 releases some yearly statistic, maybe it is possible to find data for each region or market as well?

Otherwise I think it will be hard to find any official data since it's likely to be classified as strategic business secrets?

No, but from memory, the major markets are the US, UK...with Australia being surprisingly high (top 5? 6?), and Germany/ mainland Europe less than you might expect
