What is Your "Holy Grail" Heuer?

For me the connection to who wore it is important. The 73663 worn by Gilles Villeneuve gets into my grail list. And currently no stratospheric prices....

There's far too many it's hard to just pick one. I love the Autavia line (just about every watch in the collection) and I can't wait for the new one coming out this year.

I'd also love to own a Heuer Monaco. That'd be something special.
The Autavia's are the epitome of Vintage!!!
Absolutely beautiful pieces!!

you might find one for less than $10K. Which considering some prices are in excess of $100K make them a bargain!

Great question! Probably this one for me:

If there was one watch that I had owned, sold...and now would buy again, then it would be this one:

If you're wanting a Silverstone than Auctionata has one for grabs on the 27th of this month

Need to see one in the metal first, also kinda curious if they release another using that movement, I'd prefer it more skeleton like a cross between the 01 and the 02.
I have both, 01 and 02T, love them both..

A McQueen Monaco, even the last re-edition CAW211p could do... But the original Calibre 11 is a piece of history!
I now own both, the original 1133B and CAW211P..

My love & passion for cars & motorsports has led me to Heuer / TAG Heuer and a deeper appreciation of its astounding intertwined history with F1 racing. And going full circle back to motorsports, i can’t help but to think of these 3 iconic Heuer Chronographs named after the 3 most iconic and longest running Formula1 racetracks up to date. Cars & Watches. Heart & Soul.

Heuer Monaco (Steve McQueen)
Heuer Monza (Niki Lauda Ferrari)
Heuer Silverstone (Clay Regazzoni Ferrari)

These are my Holy Grails 🥰🥰🥰

For me the Heuer grail would be one of the latest and coloured PVD Autavias, either the black PVD or the olive green one - I'd be super-happy with both but likely even more with the latter.

Interesting question and the answer would, I am afraid, be a little too revealing. Suffice to say, there are some configurations of first gen Carrera that I expect exist, but have not yet come to light. Cryptic enough? 😉

Failing that, copper text 2447 Ns (that's plural N, rather than the NS panda). I know the dials exist because I have seen them at the TAG Heuer HQ, albeit only mounted on a board, but not yet in the wild.

Since we're reviving this thread, I am amending my choice above, to a NOS Siffert Autavia, or a Panda Carrera. But I'd happily take the McQueen Monaco as well as part of a 3-watch collection. 😀 None of the below images are mine (unfortunately!)

Is the dial blue?
