What is your “EXIT” Heuer / TAG Heuer?

Cute vid. I loved that orange F1 when I first saw it too, and I own it on a rubber strap. But plastic bezel? It's PVD coated steel! From the first F1 series that had no plastic or rubber parts.

I love my TAG Heuer Formula 1 Qurartz Chronograph! This watch is extremley popular and TH fans even gave it a nickname - “Alonso” 😉

I can totally relate to this guy and how much I’ve wanted to get a TAG Heuer back them. There is no denying that TAG Heuer’s are one’s FIRST swiss watches or ENTRY point to the world of watches and collecting. Although most people that I know who initially had a TAG Heuer, went on to other watch brands, I decided to stick and explore the rich history of TAG Heuer especially in motorsports, also knowing that “loyalty & fidelity” is a true core value I try to live with in my life 😉

I don't have a specific "EXIT" watch. My exit watch will be the last watch I buy before I die.

Yup, I know it’s sometimes very hard to say “last” or “exit” watch. It took me alot of time, research to say what would be my “exit” watch. Though I don’t think it means “the end” of your passion or joy. To put it simply what one watch will make you “content and happy” or finally “finish” the collection 😉 I narrowed it down to TAG Heuer / Heuer but it can actually be any watch brand. I also wanted to see people’s comments and reactions. Interesting points of view and I value everyone’s inputs 😀

On the Day of Judgement, I won’t probably wore any watch. I’ll leave them all behind so my passion can be remembered. Passion & Purpose. Time is priceless. We make the most out of it 😉

Couldn't choose just one. I suppose the Caliber 1969 might be a true grail but I don't think it would ever preclude me from continuing to buy others

It's funny how you get attached to the most unlikely of things, I bought my WAB1112 because it was 'different' and more of a collection piece

It looks like hard plastic though... to be fair. The WAH1110 I thought the crown guards were plastic too.

My ultimate heuer does not yet exist. It will one day.

It will be similar to this Carrera like this one in a colour scheme similar to the monaco. In white gold with a nicely finished movement. Tan Crocodile strap and a matching bracelet for Summer.

There are two watches that, due to their connection with other of my hobbies/passions, had to be at home: my preferred TAG Heuer related to Mercedes-Benz (Carrera Cal. 1887 300 SLR CAR2112)

and the only TAG Heuer Senna in which Ayrton really was involved (6000 Senna WH1114)...

I am lucky to have found them both NOS, because I could not buy them when they came to market, so with both of them I could really complete and finish my collection if necessary 😀

I doubt i'll ever buy another Tag Heuer if i ever purchae this one.

V4 Phantom Tourbillon.

Will probably cost me a little bit more than small apartment and a car though.
