Could be exit. Actually after i got my 844 Heuer i feel content with everything. I don't have priorities to purchase new watch at the moment but we'll see in few months. It could be just a honeymoon period as well. But for the first time in a while, i really didn't feel any urge.

To be honest with you I don't have any urges to purchase anything right now - but I don't consider myself exited! 😀

This week's highlight is without doubt the new 'Heuer' book I won on eBay, a 'Heuer' book - me of all people!😉

I think this is the start of your path to becoming a Heuer fanatic as well! So much history to explore and imagine all the reference numbers, models, catalogues etc that you have not yet dug into 😀 also, your blog could be an excellent easy way for the rest of us to learn one bit at a time about Heuer 😗

Have you posted any photos of your 844?
Would love to see it.

Umm, well... I dunno about that. I like to see them, both in pictures and in person (I saw quite a few of these in the museum of course) but I don't think I'll be adding them to my collection.

You know. I was a little excited for a moment.... but then I realised it's the 41mm version, so, no. Yeah that Carrera is a lot of dosh.

I'm in the process of building a new page on the TAG Heuer Enthusiast blog... and it's clearly my most epic and ambitious project to date. I've started out by listing all the part numbers from my gallery blog and now I will begin the process of adding in all the numbers I can find by going through all my catalogues (including the women's watches). After that, I will link each number to a photo of the watch in question. It's going to be a long job, but this is the start point!

Awesome effort if you pull it off.

It amazes me that the watch manufacturers themselves don't have this. I suppose it would aide and abet the pirates

The TAG Heuer Tristar - it's a TAG Heuer and it has, wait for it, 3 stars at the 12, 3, 6 & 9 positions on the bezel.

Never heard of this one before!!!

Edit: the last model (956.313) listed under Titanium is another Tristar according to the linked photo.

Edit 2: 188.215 looks like a Golden Hours (another model I have never heard of) but is under the Titanium list.

P.S. I know this is a work in progress so I'm just trying to be helpful, not trolling.

Thanks, I appreciate it - please let me know all errors you find as this is literally the first draft. I will obviously be going through it as I go and I can already think of things that are missing. Does anyone have a clue what the part number is for the Monaco 55 America?

Maybe, but it's not as if this information isn't out there, it would be nice if they could collate it into a list themselves, that way we could be sure we weren't missing anything. But I think TAG's history is a bit muddled and I think they might even struggle to give a definitive list.
