If this was a logic question, then it would most definitely be a vintage inspired Carrera chrono on a black alligator strap, single subdial based on the 123 pattern, black or dark coloured dial, with same colour subdial to dial based on the switching subdial colour.

Browsing once more through the contenders, the strongest competitor of 2024, based on this logic would therefore be…

Oh, I most definitely think that one is odds on favourite. My suggestion above, was just a bit of fun, based solely on the logic pattern shown by the photos of the past 4 winners. Don’t think for a second that the green glassbox would be a contender, just that it’s the only one on the list that follow the pattern. Dial and subdial should have been black ideally, but none on the lust to follow that.

My prediction is that the top three will all have black dials, with a total of 6 subdials, plus 3 different materials for bracelet/strap.

I'd like to see a Monaco this year. Well, I voted for a Monaco at any rate. You'll have to wait and see which one.

Amazing how different our tastes all are. Keeps it interesting I guess.

Albeit that I do have 2 Carrera’s in my top 3…but they’re very different to those already mentioned.

Which ones are they? My pick is far from what I would call ideal, but I still think that is the TH model that will be remembered from 2024.
