You should get that yellow Aquaracer. And move on.

Yes, you're probably right...

I don't share your opinions regarding the Autavia UAE edition. Brown watches can be quite interesting as they often become something a bit more interesting or "pop for the eye" than just standard black/white dialed watches, but without being too much "in your face". Almost a bit like many blue dialed watches out there on the market...

With that said, I feel that the UAE edition looks way better on the press photos than the actual photos I've started to see fly around the internet. The dial looks much "creamier" on the stock photos, something that was also used as something like a USP. I'm way too happy with my current "standard/black" Autavia for the moment so no more purchases for me. But if TAG released the Autavia in some limited edition blue version and hour/minute scale on the bezel it would be hard not to pull the trigger.

Hi Lugduno, I've responded on my blog... but throwing it out here, who'd like to see a blue dial (white subdial) Autavia?

New posts for the remainder of December - been a bit quiet this month I know... hopefully things will pick up now. I got a new TAG wallet for Christmas so that was an easy post and also wanted to post about some TAG* stuff I have kicking around. Also I was rather surprised and pleased to receive a Christmas card from TAG Heuer UK, which featured artwork by Alec Monopoly.

I have a Quartz Heuer 3000, that runs like a top . It is in my avatar and almost looks photo shopped into the pic. It was the first "fancy" watch I could afford, it replaced a Seiko Chronograph that I wore for years. I found several old Heuer and TAGs in a box my wife had put up. (buried treasure) Alas, my daughter got the battery replaced and had the band taken up a link or two to wear it a few times. Now we can't find the links. So there it sits in all its glory, she won't wear it now and I can't.

Hi, that's a real shame... but if nothing else your avatar shows exactly why I couldn't wear it. Look at the size difference to that superb WAY208C Aquaracer, I would love one of those... I nearly bought one off eBay a while back that had had the cyclops removed. Thanks for visiting my blog by the way and hope you are enjoying the forum.

I know what you mean...I have "graduated" to the larger watch sizes. I was pretty skinny back then - LOL - and small was normal. Now you look like you are wearing your girlfriends watch (or daughter) I look forward to exploring more on the forum.

Third time tonight looking at this Ebay watch... The seller of that blue dial two tone really knows how to present a watch, this is porn 😝

(of course I would never buy it, adding those fake shiny blingy things to the photos tells me the seller is not serious. Nice to look at though HAHA)

I must admit, I fear if I bought it, somehow it wouldn't look anything like that when I actually got it...

I just watched the Baselworld 2014 A Blog to Watch video that I posted... that Monaco V4 is quite something! Wish Mr B would sanction some haute horlogerie pieces.
