It's so funny he mentions the Sellita reliability in the interview as well. Guess I'm to blame for TAG losing the sale!

Yes. It's not the worst of it yet, just intermittent catching. Pretty soon (~2 weeks) it'll be difficult to hand-wind though, based on previous experiences with poorly finished SW200s.
And that's not to mention the similar issues that arise occasionally with both of my Heuer-02 Carreras...

I hand-wind them. Maybe they're not designed for that but it's not a problem with any of their competitors' models. Only becomes a bit of an issue with ~$1000 or less microbrands.
