I would point out that I haven't actually bought one of those (although I do like them). Might I suggest a nice silver dial watch as the height of good taste, oh I don't know, maybe a 39mm glassbox Carrera? ::stirthepot::

It's obviously not a watch that's going to work in every situation. But it would be a classy piece to have as part of a collection.
