Please help me identify this Heuer Chronograph!

Hi all, I'd really appreciate some help understanding the reference or name of this heuer chronograph. I have found it on a reputable auction preview and would like to see if anyone knows a bit more about it than what i can find. I think it could be a reference 349 due to the dial and sub registers but the auction house lists the movement as valjoux 23 which i am not sure was used on that reference (i've read valjoux 22 on OnTheDash) and also the pushers are round which also didn't correlate with the pictures i have seen for the 349 reference. Any help is greatly appreciated! Also any comments on whether you think this would be a good buy at roughly £1000 is much appreciated!
