On a different note, I was chatting with a guy who had just bought a brand new HMT Master II Root Beer earlier. On paper, not something I would necessarily go for. In the real world this thing just looked stunning on the wrist. Proper nice.

That’s the one I am after but can’t justify the cost over RRP at the moment but maybe that’s just me

I hear you, as I couldn’t either.

It was rather nice though, nonetheless.

The Breitling Endurance has always been cool, but these two are very nice. They are Iron Man editions so rules most of us out, but that Titanium version isn’t a one off I reckon.

Borderline cringeworthy in my view (incl. naming it “EQUIPMENT”) 😒

But then again: I’ve been to restaurants in the US that had their very own merch corner. So maybe culturally speaking it is just more of “a thing” in the US? 👎

I believe the name comes from the colour of their kit (all black) as opposed to any reference to skin colour. I don't see the problem with that. It is a colour after all (OK, I'm sure someone will try and argue with me that black isn't a colour, rather the absence of light 😀)
If I remember O level art, Black nor White are colours but shades, they cannot be created by mixing any combination of the three primary colours, I think!

I like that Navi x Boeing 747 too, posted about it back in January here. Limited to 747 pieces, it seems to have sold out long ago.

That looks great! Too bad it is so cheap, I saw you want your next piece to cost at least 10k

I have been slowly creeping towards that end of things, as like the Navitimer a lot, but trying to avoid spending that tbh. Would be waiting longer if I did, but not sure I could do it when ready. This, however, feels a lot more palatable.
