·Here's the video that shows the back animation. I really like it. I hope the wait doesn't go past January, but knowing Omega, it could be months.
Nothing beats the NTTD you have though @Mspeedster for me though. The broad arrow and no actual Bond merchandising aspect to it, but it being a Bond watch in every way, is so cool.
Look at what we have here, a gold TAG Heuer S/el in "Tomorrow Never Dies"! Or is it? More like a knock off I think, no TAG logo! 😒
This scene is from when Bond (Brosnan) is in Wai Lin's (Michelle Yeoh) secret hide out in Saigon. He's reaching for the Omega Seamaster.🍿
The 60th Anniversary Bond watches have started to arrive...

Great that they have started to arrive. Before they were revealed, I had placed my name in my local Omega boutique, but I don't expect they will call me any time soon (it could be months), as they are not in the top tier in terms of volume sales.
That is why I also had called one of the Vegas Omega boutiques, before the watches were revealed. But since I never got the second call back after the reveal, I went there in person a couple of weeks ago, to verify that my name was on indeed their list. For starters, the store manager had such an attitude. She first told me I wasn't on the list at all. And after half-an-hour of discussions, she eventually found me. But then she informed that these would be very limited ("like the Snoopy") and that any arrivals would go to their top clients, who according to her, have spent over a million with them. This type of attitude is what's wrong with Omega and other Swatch brands. If that is becomes their normal strategy, they will alienate me and other customers. Shame!
This kind of thing just ruins the hobby for me.
I did enquire about the newest Bond watch when it was announced last month and was supposedly put on a list. Unfortunately or fortunately, I can't justify adding the 60th to my collection, but still look forward to seeing one. Never really had an interest in the Snoopy either, thankfully. I sure wouldn't mind an Ed White though...
