·Except for the 50th ann OHMSS (which was a stretch IMHO released as an LE) was there ever an Omega watch not tied to a Bond movie release?
But I never really liked these. Too much 007 all over the dial for my taste.

Knowing Omega, I don't think they'll miss this opportunity to sell us another watch!
Omega has previously released 40th and 50th Anniversary models. I don't exactly recall, but believe they were standalone releases rather than tied to a specific movie.
But I never really liked these. Too much 007 all over the dial for my taste.
I think if they don't release a 50th anniversary Apollo 17 Speedy end of this year it's safe to say the celebration of anniversary editions is over, I'm saying this a no Apollo 15 50th and Bond 60th has been/will be released.
Another honor to Commander Craig.
Princess Anne bestows the Order of St Michael and St George on Daniel Craig — the same honor his character James Bond received.
My tribute to Craig on receiving his Commander rank and his latest Royal honors. The NTTD with Royal Navy Commander NATO strap.
Those Goldfinger DB5 tributes are very cool! But I'm disappointed they're not equipped with the tire slashers that took out the Mustang (driven by Tilly Masterson).
Speaking of Mustangs, the producers had actually wanted a Gold Mustang Fastback for the movie. But Ford couldn't get it ready in time, since the Mustang had just been released. Nevertheless, they did actually end up building the Goldfinger Mustang seen here:
The Mustang was featured again in Thunderball and also Diamonds Are Forever.
While the DB5 is the ultimate Bond car, I sometimes think about buying a classic Mustang Mach 1, as it's much more attainable for the average Bond wannabe.
Would go well with your blue Shelby!
^ Fabulous! But where's the link?!
