Hi ,

this is insane , so he gets his watch back i will get my money ? Even though he claims i have never sent it ? It is out of this world …as of now will never purchase Tag watches without consulting unless from a trusted dealer . Thank you

No no, don't worry, nothing is insane yet.

Except for some very very few exceptions, if the tracking shows the return was delivered, you will get your money back in 0-3 days. Guy has to have a pretty good account to get anyone at ebay to defend him, and if he's willing to do this, I HIGHLY doubt you're the first . So report his ass right away. And don't be too afraid yet. If you have the money, sure, go to dealers. But third party is fine if you're not ignorant. And seeing as how you're on here actively gaining knowledge, you're not ignorant.

It was delivered on the 16th and he wrote and sent pictures on the 17th , i would attach a picture but not sure how

And what's the ebay return saying now? Should be an option to escalate by now. Tho it might automatically be refunded on monday. I can't remember for some reason now, if it's 2 days business or calendar.

Well , it says to expect a refund by Monday the 20th , so now if i want to get ebay involved , there is no button for it yet . I guess wait for tomorrow

My biggest thing, with the purchase , is that, he is a member since 2016 , sold 234 items and has 116 100% positive reviews , this is why i am so baffled with the whole scam , i just cannot describe it in words …is like unbelievable !!! You know what i mean ?

You'll get used to it. Ebay is a market primarily for criminals selling stolen and/or counterfit goods.

ah, then yes, 2 business days. Should just automatically refund you if he doesn't. And while yes, shame on ebay, at the same time, there is only so much they can do. As a seller myself, I can tell you, that they are suuuuper anal about so many things. So I never did understand how so many shit sellers can last so long, while I struggle even after 20+ years.

lol he sells only 2 tag watches. All the same generic photos. All used watches. Over and over again. That's odd. Oh and also 2 tissots. Over and over again. I don't recognize him tho. He's more on and off. But he figured out a Niche. Used, and with rubber straps. And only quartz. I doubt anyone would catch him really.

Speaking of shit sellers. I made the mistake of casually mentioning to this guy he is selling a fake. But I used my main account. Boy was that a mistake.

he ignored me for a bit, and I figured I caught him. Then hours later, I get a message from someone asking about authenticity. I say yes. Then he buys one thing. Then another. Then sends a message saying

"
if you want to sell again just dont message people asking stupid things and you are ok . i think we understand eachother? or i have to buy al least 10 orders on you?".

And I realized it was a guy from Albania. The same guy. Just using another account. Talk about making a rookie mistake. I've been sick for 4 days, so maybe I can use that as an excuse for my lapse in judgement.

well, yeah. you gotta remember. you have 60 days to leave feedback. So what can possibly happen in 60 days? You bought a used watch, so any marks is ok. And the serial number clearly shows it being real and sometimes with a CURRENT warranty. So these sellers rarely, if ever, have a return open. Let alone within a time frame to be able to leave a negative feedback. And more so, when you get a new watch, and are in love with it, and put it on and wear it for a few days, you're going to leave a positive feedback right away. Then, it's too late, even if you open a return. And of course sometimes you can get feedback removed. Or automatically, if there is a case, etc. What really pisses me off tho, is that they all have better feedback than me, an actual legit seller.

At the first look, in 2 seconds, it's clear that all is fake : the warranty card, all details on the watch... a very bad counterfeit grade.
