·Unless when you send it back they claim its now damaged and can't be resold. Opening up that dispute and telling the arbitrator to accept Tag Service as the source of truth may be better IMHO. The pins empirically prove this.
wait wait... the plan is to make a video of testing that the watch is working, video of me packing the watch and dropping it at the post office.
and also... if an item is suspected counterfeit, it "can't" be resold... so I don't think he can't claim unable to resell...
to my understanding, dealing with lost and damaged shipments is a problem of a person who paid for shipping... and since "return item not as described, remark, possible counterfeit", he provided the shipping label...
couple of times when I've returned or shipped the parcel it sat at the parcel shop for a week... and if I "purchased" shipping label, I was dealing with it.. otherwise carrier company told me to contact whoever purchased shipping label... which is silly because shop allways told me to wait for quite a while before they could declare parcel as lost and start dealing with it...
