Is my TAG Heuer Authentic? All questions here please

Hi all, I'm a huge fan and collector of Tag Heuer watches, and own a few. Dispute this, I never faced an issue as the one I'm racing.
Hence, my first post ever on this forum👍

Can someone please tell me if the Heuer is following Tag Heuer os genuine?
I inherited it from my late mom. Until today I haven't found any box or papers.

Tag Heuer brand seems to be engraved in all expected places, but I can't seem to find any other watch online ir on catalogue, which is identical to mine (trust me I tried).
Also I can't seem to register it online with Tag Heuer (6 digit model number and 6 digit serial number, so I should! 😕).

Model number is: CJF1310

Which seems to translate to:
C (Cronograph)
J (Link)
F (Female)
1 (Quartz)
3 (Size for woman)
1 (Steel)
0 (Normal dial)

I left out the S/N as a precaution, just in case it turns out to be original.

Looking forward for your replies,
Kind regards.
Anne

CJF1310 appears to be a white-dial model with different subdial arrangement. Yours looks a bit like CJF2110, although this is a 42mm men's model. Did they do a ladies version? And did somehow a different caseback get put on? There are enough signs to suspect a fake, but I wouldn't throw it out just yet - maybe take the caseback off and show us the movement if you can?

I’m very sorry, but this appears to be a fake TAG Heuer Link. The model number doesn’t match the configuration, which is the typical 7750 subdial layout, and there are two 60 second subdials. I wish I was wrong. Also sorry to hear of your mother. All the best to you...

Hi guys.
I bought recently from an auction site my first Formula 1. It’s a WAH1111 model, but it came without box or papers.
Everything seems to be working perfectly, but I’m quite suspicious when it comes to the originality since I know there’s a lot of fakes on the market and some of them are very close to the genuine product in terms of quality.
I do own an Aquaracer already, but never had a Formula 1 before so the first thing I’ve noticed is the space between the letters and the numbers on the serial code. I was assured in other forums that this is sometimes the case, some people even provided me the pictures of their own watches with the same serial code pattern, but I just want to make sure I’m not sporting a fake watch.
Hope you guys can help me with this.
Thank you very much in advance

Unfortunately those F1s were one of the models that was being heavily faked on eBay recently, which doesn't mean yours is fake - but they were extremely good, so the best thing you can do is send it to TAG Heuer. Don't take it to a jewellers because I wouldn't trust the answer from them.

I think it's looking pretty genuine, but if you want to be certain then do as Aquagraph has suggested, or for added peace of mind consider taking the back off and checking it's a swiss made quartz movement.

Thank you for your answers.
I got the watch through Catawiki website. This is the 5th I got from there and the other 4 were all genuine.
This is the picture of the movement sent to me by the seller back then

Can't see much from that picture - but again, I don't particularly see any red flags.

I haven't opened many, but all the ones I have opened have 'TAG Heuer' printed on them in very small lettering. I can't see it on there...

I think that F1 is a fake, but as suggested best to take it in.

Everything looks good apart from the quality of the numbers and the logo on the bezel which are suspicious in my opinion - could be a result of wear and tear but hard to say from the photo's.

Is it just me.... or is this 'too good to be true'??

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/143547200973?ul_noapp=true

I can't make out if the bracelet has the diver-extension or not.

I'm not even going to go near the 'Point Break' claim.....
£933 is just the starting price - there's 5 days to go. No idea about the watch, but I'm not entirely convinced that's the original PVD coating?

How does this one look ??
Again this seller is selling a fake Hydroconquest but I can't tell whether this is genuine or not.
why would you buy anything from someone who is seliing fakes? That person deserves to die a slow and painful death, not profit on your hard earned cash

I think it may be a seller from Austria that jamesbiz got shut down before, under another name.
I don't understand why these sellers sell fake Hydroconquests alongside what look like genuine Tag Heuer?? The models are usually F1's and older Aquaracer
Lots off positive feedback as a buyer, from Hong Kong, watch described as 'not waterproof' and won't ship to the United States.
I agree on the slow death part BTW.
Our esteemed member member managed to get a whole web of fakers shut down but the roots won't die.
As we all know, Ebay is awash with fake watches and the Hydroconquests, one of which I fell for, are among them.

Hmm - just realised it's branded 'Heuer' with the 1000 'above' the hands.... not sure that's original??

According to Aquaracer's blog - it should look like this?

I would be the first to say that you shouldn't really use my list to authenticate watches, I really don't have the time to verify several thousand images before I upload them. Especially older watches, where there may be slightly different versions with the same part number...

Good point, and I wasn't trying to hold you to anything. 😁
I do believe though that it's the only 1000 series I've seen with the 1000 above the hands.
