Weren't these the watches that Tradenvint were selling
Hi all. Buying a calibre 5 war201b.fc6291. I viewed a used watch from a VERY reputable uk reseller and I'm very concerned it is a replica. The watch face is different to new ones that I have seen, the day is slightly misaligned, the fonts and logos look cheap. They are insistent it is genuine. Views please?
What concerns you that you think it’s a fake?
There is absolutely nothing in that picture that stands out as it being a fake. Everything appears to be as it should be. Markers are straight, text is quality print and aligned properly, logo correct, hands well finished with lume neatly applied. Nothing says fake in my eyes.
That big seller I've been after. Finally got confirmation from Tag Heuer. Maybe ebay will now do something about him, after the $10,000's he's stolen since I told ebay about him.

Thanks, that's good news. My concerns are mainly:
1) The face is different to all others I've seen. There are no contour depth engravings on the face like there is on all new versions I have seen. You can just about make these out in the photo of the new one that I posted. Perhaps it is actually just a different model?
2) The 'day' is not quite aligned to the window - you can see the "T" of "SAT" is closer to the top of the window than the "S".
Hmm, yes... that is not a good sign.
