lol I'm guessing what concerns him, is all the ultra good fakes we've been posting

Thanks for that captain obvious. My question was what specifically he sees that raises his suspicion. ::facepalm1::

Unless you can't afford to have your money tied up for a couple weeks, just buy it, and send it to TAG Heuer. Simple. There is no reason to worry anymore. Sellers can't rip people off these days, unless we let them. Way too many recourse's available to us.

This is poor advice at best. There’s plenty of reason to worry, because it’s not as easy as you suggest to simply get your money back in goods everywhere in the world, and costs time and money still.

If in doubt walk away is the best advice.

And just seen this... what is going on here?!

I can see your concerns and had put the day down to photo angle. The markers you highlighted are odd indeed and look like a two piece marker, which seems complicated for no real reason whether it be a fake or real.

I think with so many doubts you’d never be 100% satisfied, so better to walk away.

Poor advice at best? And what kinda advice is it, at worst? And, ugh, yeah, it actually is pretty damn easy, just as I suggest, to get your money back, in almost all situations. You're just making it into a much bigger deal than it actually is.

Oh, lol we are going to be a dicks are we?. Sure, lets go. The guy literally mentioned 3 different things, for why he was concerned the watch is fake. "The watch face is different to new ones that I have seen, the day is slightly misaligned, the fonts and logos look cheap."
And your response?
"What concerns you that you think it’s a fake?"

Clearly, you're required super obvious answers, because normal obvious answers, go above your head. So, you're welcome 😉.
And the picture he provided, was not even remotely clear for you to claim there is nothing fake to your eyes. In case you haven't been paying attention to the thread, you just about have to take a watch apart, to find signs that it's fake. Making a determination from one barely detailed picture, is just poor advice at best lol

And my POINT was, that it almost doesn't matter if there are any outward signs. Just the fact that we've been posting about all these ultra fakes, is enough to make anyone question any watch they buy that's not from a dealer. Not sure how THAT wasn't obvious.

Hmm....
Any take on this ? Is this real or not ?

Not sure, on the face of it I'd say it is... could it be a ladies model?

It's a CV2116 and it comes on a number of different straps including a 'denim' one and a puke green leather one... I would suggest it's intended as a 'ladies' but at 39mm it's sold as unisex. SW1714-1.jpg

What a woman would do with a chronograph is anyone's guess....

that's baby puke green. Not puke green. There is a difference.

those straps also have full size mens buckles. The watches are meant for men, in theory. Women no longer wear small watches like in the old days. I have a few nice Lady Tags, and I think they look perfect on a ladies wrist. But hey.

If you like diamonds, the black strap one looks nice enough.

Hmm....
You don't agree? 😁

I guess I'm desensitized after all of this and the multiple watches I've sent to Tag.

Then again, just gotta make sure you don't send them an "antique" watch....
