Another screenshot belonging to another watch on Chrono. So, apart from the looks of the movement, which I have to ignore as a comment based on the info I have just provided, can you give me anything that indicates that my watch is not authentic?
Your watch doesn't even have the black text on the rotor? It looks nothing like the one from chrono24 either.

Your watch clearly has a fake movement

LOL @flawless are you saying TAG Heuer manufactured this movement? It looks like a bad Chinese version wtf

His second caseback pic seems to be ok:

Very fake.

Looks fine to me - early CAR2110 before they switched to the tachy chapter ring and the revised 1887. Likely serviced, which is why it has the early rotor and column wheel but looks like one of the automatic winding wheels has been updated.
thanks for letting me know

I have no idea whether that 1887 is fake or not, but the idea that 'Chrono 24' doesn't sell fakes is hilarious. At the end of the day Chrono 24 is a marketplace like eBay, they do not check the watches for authenticity so how anyone could come to that conclusion is way beyond me.

I mean, I wish that kind of blind faith. If I did I would already have bought a 160th Anniversary blue dato from Japan for less than £3000...

Movement is Ronda but has no tag heuer stamps. Legit or not? Thank you.

TAG hasn't used signed quartz movements for a long time. It looks okay, but your pictures are blurry. Take a clear, in focus closeup of the front and back (see pictures in quote)

Is this text black enough? Or should it be black"er"?

I DID NOT SEE ANY BLACK TEXT IN YOUR OTHER PHOTO WHICH LOOKED LIKE IT HAD NO BLACK COLOUR ON THE ENGRAVINGS

whops caps lock my bad
Its fine mate 😀
So, I am sure you must be tired from looking at the casebook of my watch replying my comments by now.
And I am beginning to hate this thing because I keep taking it out of the watch box just to look at it while I read your comments even though I hardly wear it.
And now that the engraving issue is not a concern anymore, could you please tell me whether you still think this is a fake or not?

Apologies - I did my best here. Hopefully better focus.

Much better pictures.

My concerns as follows (your watch second image in each comparison):

Uneven edges on 6

Inconsistent dimensions on bezel 5s (compare top left 5s with lower right 5s)

The usual tells of inconsistent index width, dial/chapter ring print, and hand dimensions are not present - this model has a lot of fakes out there (as it's "easy" to do well enough to fool most people), so either they're getting insanely good at this model or it's a genuine TAG with some very minor issues QA missed (and the bezel 5's could be down to the photograph, even).

If it's fake, it's the best I've seen.

Thanks for the information. I am gifting it to my kid. I am uncomfortable gifting something with a slight possibility of being fake. I have paid a fair price for it and I hope those photos gets me definitive answer. Thanks again and much appreciated.

I would personally say it's beyond reasonable doubt, but if you want to be sure then send it to TAG (contact via their website)

Thanks. I will look into sending it. Just to clarify it's beyond reasonable doubt a genuine or fake?

Hmm... I was told that TAG are no longer offering this service. So you would have to send in for a service to find out.

Guess they've been overrun with eBay fakes and just don't have time for it anymore
