I think most dealers don’t even know these are fake.

Dealers? Maybe people selling one or two. But anyone past that, knows they are fake. No way they'd be buying for so cheap and just pretend it's legit.

Fake phantom, compare the lume pip to photos of an original and this one is an easy tell

Here is one that WF sold at some point, for comparison

This one is real. I actually have a fake one of these. Before I learned enough, and I was actually fooled myself... I did get my money back. I've only been screwed on ONE fake watch. And this was in the beginning. $1200 lesson learned.

Hi all - been a while since I've been in this thread. Very familiar with the tells on the WAY series aquaracer with the ceramic bezels (pip, caseback, etc), but are there any tells with the steel bezel WAY series pips? Looking at this one currently and I can't make heads or tails of it. Thoughts?

Impossible to give a good answer solely based on this single low resolution photo. The steel bezel versions are harder to tell for sure, I would find photos from one sold vi Watchfinder and compare every little detail. I trust WF enough to trust that their listings are genuine.

Supongo que es falso, eBay por £ 80 sin ofertas. Un poco extraña la espalda en cualquier caso...

I have a watch as a gift from my father in 2005
I had worn it 5-6 times by 2007,then I left it in the drawer and never wore it again

A Monaco looks very different, also subdials with day/date and GMT function on a chronograph.::facepalm1::

Thats fake buddy. Someone duped your dear father and he unknowingly passed it to you.

I would actually love to have a 2-register Monaco with a day and month function in the subdials (with the date at 6 o'clock).
