I'm not even gonna ask if this is real!!! Its the alternate version of the 80s LE 😜. Not a bad colour scheme though (black and red)

Pretty sure this doesn't even need @jamesbizs - at a glance, I'm seeing lume pip and caseback logo.

Not 100% sure but I don't think the Heuer 01 had the old logo shield. 😉

Just needs a new battery.

What, just because they changed logo before the Heuer 01 was released?

(I think some early renders had the old logo, since the 01 and new logo were pretty close - but when it was released, it had the new logo).

The prototype shown at Basel 2015 had the old logo and it was etched into the crystal (So cool).
Also the date was at 3, it was moved to 3:30 when they put the (new) logo shield back on the dial
They also gave the date window a white background so it was readable, changed the crown for a better one and did away with the cool bolts in the lugs

I'd love to see more watches use transparent layered elements - Christopher Ward did a gorgeous semi-transparent sapphire dial a couple of years ago.

I believe the current 36mm Aquaracer does. The logo is printed on glass and placed on top of the wave pattern dial. You can see here how there's a shadow cast from the print to the dial, makes sense since you couldn't print on that surface. Also the hour markers must be glued to the glass too...

yeah lol I mean, it's not like taking 2 seconds to google WL5111 wouldn't have shown him. But hey, it's only a $1200 watch. Not important to look into.
