Connected E4 charging problems

Hope someone can help:
I charged my E4 on Friday evening with no problems. When I put it on charge this morning, it doesn't want to charge. It shows a battery with a lighting bolt and sometimes starts up, but returns to that same battery icon immidiately. I've cleaned the charging points, tried different cables, but no luck.
Has this happened to anyone else? Any advise?

Yes i an regular bases have this issue to. And sometimes at night it toggles automaticly between charging and not charging and then you hear the “ charging sound” . Very irritating. What i do is remove it and try again until it is finaly charging. I thing it has to do with then design of the charging mechanisme (pens on the charging and the connection on the watch site) which is not wel designed.

I have been having problems charging my E4 for over 2 years now. Most times when I charge it, it lights up to say the watch is charging, but it's not actually charging. I also have times when it does charge, but the charge percentage decreases instead of increasing as it should. I changed the head unit a year ago, and it was charging fine till about 2 months ago, when it stopped charging regularly again. I've tried different charging cradles, different power sockets, different plugs, but nothing works. Someone out there must have an answer for this problem.

Try cleaning the charging elements on the watch and the charger. Sometimes they get dirty.

My E4 will not charge today. I did not charge the watch overnight and the Battery run down and now when charging I get the Battery and lightning bolt Symbol and the watch attempts to boot up, but then immediately returns to the Battery and lightening bolt symbol. I have been trying to charge up the phone all day - Any advice much appreciated.

To follow up on this, I contacted Tag Support and they suggested sending the watch back to them to investigate, and then literally that day the watch managed to complete a start up with 1% Battery and then gained to 3% battery before dying again with the battery and lightning bolt symbol. I fiddled with the watch in the charge stand and managed to get it to boot up and regain full charge. The Charge system is really bad. _ I am unsure if it is the charger or the watch, but will never let the Battery run down again. Will monitor over the next few months and if needed send back to Tag under warranty which expires on the November 2025.

I have found that the worst experience when charging is when the battery drains to empty. This happened 2 weeks ago, and it took over a week to even register a minute charge. It was then I decided to buy a new watch (not a smart watch) and be done with all the hassle of trying to charge the E4. It has been sitting on my desk, charging away for over a week now, and has not charged at all. Not a good experience and I will be returning it and asking for a full refund.
