·..news of a new TAG Heuer Tourbillon movement...and when will we see a TAG Heuer using the X-time movement first shown by Zenith with the Defy Lab?
Stay tuned.
Stay tuned.
"... 50th Anniversary of the Monaco for next year ..."
"... first ever chronograph, chronometer, tourbillon equipped with carbon nanotube hairspring which adds an incredible stability in the accuracy of the watch as it is also 100% anti magnetic and 100% anti thermic."
" ... we will certainly see by year end or latest in 2019 some other models with the Heuer 02 movement which will become our reference chronograph movement in our collection."
"... will find in 2019 an interesting interpretation of this incredible invention [X-Time / Heuer-03XT] at TAG Heuer in the form of an X-Time origami execution."
Interesting comment about chronograph diving watches.
Sounds like JCB is fudging his earlier assertion that TAG should operate in the £1000-5000 range. I think that is good though, TAG needs some high end pieces to get the trickle down kudos.
How will they differentiate a 50th anniversary Monaco from the two vintage-style models they've already released? As far as I can see, the case and pushers are the only components that are unfaithful to the original

If they elect to do another heritage homage, then redoing the pushers would be the obvious change; but I doubt that they will change the case. Then again, maybe they will do a Dark Lord edition?
On the other hand, I think they will go the opposite route and will come up with a modern Anniversary Monaco.
Personally, I would prefer the heritage route, but we'll have to wait and see.
