路Thought you might like to see this- the prototype of the Siffert Autavia.
- The first dial was a "silvery" white, with a slight metallic finish. This was changed to a plain opaline white for the production watch
- You can see here the aged lume
In some of the shots the earlier dial looks almost creamy which is quite an interesting finish with the yellow lume. However i think going for a purer white was the right call.
It's a modern watch with a vintage feel rather than trying to 'masquerade' as a vintage watch.

Good call not to take the blue subdial quadrants forward. It could have been interesting to see blue hand on just the two chrono dials.... but fhen again the legibility doesn't look as good as with the white hands
