Surprising. I don't like the sound of this either. How do you know this is what Tudor does? Is it a reliable source or hearsay?
Very surprising to hear as this is a COSC watch, how could they get away with the serial# not matching the case#. What happens if the owner would happen to have the original COSC certificate and after service there's another movement in his watch?
I cant remember seeing no cosc certificate included with my fiddy eight?
I meant in the case someone had mailed Tudor and paid for it to get his set complete, Omega for example charges 100 chf if you want to go that route.
Do you or anyone know if the movements and cases have matching serial numbers, if the movements have a number at all?
