Congrats. Was watching and almost put in a bid myself, but now I'm kind of glad I didn't! Would have made it more expensive for you.

Same here! I was even at Disneyland with the eBay app open and ready to bid. Glad it went to DC.

Thanks Gents- look forward to showing you what arrives. Hard to tell from the photos, but looks like the case maybe needs a clean? We'll see.

Having some issues with updating the eBay auctions after the server upgrade, but I thought this was interesting:

Apparently LE #0001 of 1000...from memory, that was given to Chad McQueen, Steve's son....but I'm can't find a source for that
Interesting. Whenever I see Chad, he's sporting the Cal12 Blue Monaco, he seems to favor the newer style. So if this was given to Chad, it could be that he never wore it, which is consistent with listing's claim that it's never been worn.

Very interesting. When I view the post the seller stated "Limited Edition 1 of 1000 Rare!!" However, I don't think it means No. 1 / 1000 though.

Hah, now that I re-read it, you may be right! I tried to see if it was possible to read the caseback, but no luck
