·Still don't have it either. Tried the reinstall thing. Didn't work. Didn't restart the watch though. The funny thing is, when i open Google Play on the watch, it shows the update with version 2.1 but it doesn't update to it and says i have the latest update.

I do have the new update since yesterday..
It looks like your update is stuck

·I don't know. Maybe they just don't make it available everywhere at the same time. I i find out that i am the only one that doesn't have the latest update on their CM45, i will worry. For now, i guess i just need to have patience.
